Chapter 1- Why it is the Management of failure and not the Management of success

Simply because one drop of small success comes after a lot of hard work and a lot of failures(exception to that rule being a blind stroke of luck that by the way it doesn't enable you to learn to much you just make use of it and when it runs out well its not good luck anymore it's bad luck :).
